A few weeks ago, Forrest and I ventured out and tried a new-to-us restaurant in the Southside area.....

Urban Stack Burger Lounge From the burgers to the drinks, it's a pretty manly place but they do offer fresh (and delicious!!) veggie head options. Anywho, it was a mid-afternoon-lunch-dinner-combo kind of situation so we stuffed ourselves stupid beginning with a platter of vegetarian nachos.....

licked the pan clean - not a drop of cheese grease or a scallion went to waste.

awesome atmosphere and a major beer list, two thumbs up After the nachos and a beer, it was on to the next course.....

I kept it on the lighter side even though I heard the vegetarian burger is super tasty...if you are into that sort of thing :)

as usual, forrest went all out....

i will say that i did help him with those monster onion rings and probably used half a bottled of the chipotle ketchup after a meal like that, we basically drove home, put on our stretch pants, sat on the couch, and thought about what had just happened. if you are in chattanooga, this local joint is a must-eat!
