The first month of 2013 went by a little quicker than expected so here are a few January moments not be to missed...
I actually cooked a dinner that took longer than 10 minutes to prepare.
(roasted veggies, garlicky couscous, and forrest grilled a chicken in case you are curious)
It actually snowed over the weekend!!!
